In 2015 we began a search for a comprehensive support system to help us navigate life, hold us accountable to our personal goals, and drive better outcomes. We looked far and wide, found plenty of specialized support groups, coaches, therapists, and even bothered the heck out of our friends and family, but nothing fit the bill. We wanted something better, so in 2016 we decided to build it ourselves.
We believe that a balanced life and peak performance go hand in hand. We also believe in cliches like “no one is self-made,” “it takes a village,” and “the more you give, the more you get.” It’s these principles that drive us to grow BBM.

OUR FOUNDERS
Our founders made a promise to each other. To show up, stick to their commitments, explore their curiosities, and to own their losses as much as their wins. They believe deeply in the transformative power of connecting good people with good ideas. This is the heart and soul of what BBM is all about and it’s embodied in our team.

Co-FounderAndy’s favorite question is “What the f*ck do you actually want?” and he brings that core Vision building foundation to the heart of BBM in both the personal and business sides.
Never one to be satisfied with the status quo or how others were doing things, Andy has been a serial entrepreneur for years and a self-proclaimed N of 1. He’s seen the highs and lows in business and life and has worked to constantly iterate off of those learnings.
His career in the music industry had him navigating the demands of the highest caliber artists and brands in the world. From AirBnB and Patagonia to Oasis and Ozzy the executional systems and processes he put in place were what allowed him to execute at the highest level.
Those same systems and expectations are interwoven into the core of BBM.

Co-Founder
Jason is an advertising and commerce veteran with over 15 years of experience in building and crafting successful teams and mentoring high-output individuals. Jason has worked with celebrities like Michael B. Jordan, Rihanna, and Kate Hudson to launch and scale hypergrowth brands like Fabletics and Savage X Fenty from zero to over $1B in annual revenues. Most recently he served as the GM of Linnworks, a leading cloud-based e-commerce platform, which he led to a successful exit in 2021.
As an Executive Manager of numerous startups, Jason’s “lightbulb moment” was finding the core connecting principles between long-term vision and real-time decision making. Setting methodical timelines and clear objectives allowed for more calm, focus, and progression towards desired outcomes. It’s through this guiding idea that Jason has learned additional techniques, strategies, and methodologies for maximizing performance in business and in life. Now he brings this practice to a larger forum as a co-founder of Better Board Meeting.
