HOW WE DO IT

DISCOVERY

No matter which service you choose to go with everything starts with a Discovery. Before we can put together a game plan we need to know what’s truly important to you, what obstacles you’re facing and where your own strengths and weaknesses lie.

(RE)ALIGNMENT

Once we understand “Where” we need to be, we align to a plan. Our clients typically draft a three year narrative for their own life and/or their business and together we build out the road map of “How” to get there by back casting or reverse engineering that vision.

EXECUTION

A plan means nothing if you don’t put in the work. BBM coaches and consultants are your account-a-billi-buddies throughout the process. We’re here to make sure things are getting done, guide you through the journey and provide the tools and resources to make it attainable.

In 2015 we began a search for a comprehensive support system to help us navigate life, hold us accountable to our personal and business goals. We looked far and wide, found plenty of specialized support groups, coaches, therapists, and even bothered the heck out of our friends and family, but nothing fit the bill. We wanted something better, so in 2016 we decided to build it ourselves.

We believe that a balanced life and peak performance go hand in hand. We also believe in cliches like “no one is self-made,” “it takes a village,” and “the more you give, the more you get.” It’s these principles that drive us to grow BBM.
